Our Story

Artisan Heat Bistro was born out of a love of Fire and Food. The smell of a roaring fire, the crackling soothing sound and the warmth that it creates within the soul cannot be denied. Add to that fire amazing ingredients to be kissed by its heat and smoke and you get CULINARY MAGIC.

The owners have spent decades tending fires, moving coals, rotating Dutch Ovens, and searing beautiful proteins, we can talk later about all the breads we love to bake. We have dedicated ourselves to bringing you only the highest-quality ingredients from both around the world and from local farm partnerships. We make all our dough from scratch to ensure that beautiful “alveolate” (fluffy and crisp crust). It is our pleasure to finally be able to share our creations and the special skills of wood fired cooking with all of you. We look forward to meeting all of you and watching you enjoy one of our savory creations.


Artisan Heat Bistro is committed to using only the highest quality ingredients available on the market today. We believe that food is a shared experience that can uplift both mind and body. To that end, we are committed to making our dough from scratch every single day. We use non-GMO and Organic vegetables whenever available, along with Artisanal meats and cheeses from around the world. We will always choose locally grown organic produce when available. We only cook with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and will remain diligent in our pursuit of quality excellence. As we grow, we will continue adding amazing culinary delights to out menu. Our menu with also include vegetarian and vegan options.
