Our Story

 

Artisan Heat Bistro was born out of a love of Fire and Food. The smell of a roaring fire, the crackling soothing sound and the warmth that it creates within the soul cannot be denied. Add to that fire amazing ingredients to be kissed by its heat and smoke and you get

CULINARY MAGIC.

The owners have spent decades tending fires, moving coals, rotating Dutch Ovens, and searing beautiful proteins, we can talk later about all the breads we love to bake. We have dedicated ourselves to bringing you only the highest-quality ingredients from both around the world and from local farm partnerships. We make all our dough from scratch to ensure that beautiful “alveolate” (fluffy and crisp crust). It is our pleasure to finally be able to share our creations and the special skills of wood fired cooking with all of you.
